On November 15th, 2023 the More for Memphis Governing Body convened at Junior Achievement to review the proposed plan strategies for each focus area. The group also discussed a governance structure for the implementation phase, capital aggregation, and a transition plan to bridge the gap between the MFM plan being finalized and setting up the implementation structure.
